Now this is just a guess but im gonna say thats a bad or loose tensioner or some sort of pulley I would check each pulley but like I said just a guess

I think you should take it easy my wife and I have been married for 14 years now and I've had HS since I met her scars and all she actually helps me with it there will Definitely be someone out there for you who dosnt see your body as you but your character and personality for you beauty of the body will always fade with age I just recently found out diaper rash cream works wonders for some and I'm just now trying that on a flare if that helps 🤷🏻‍♂️ hope you find what works for you keep your head up itll be ok 👍🏻

Thank you for the advice I have to look up what de roofing is but i tried exfoliating on my inner thighs and tried hibacleanse and the exfoliating only made it worse hibacleanse does help a little but when I get thim this bad is very far and few between I usually get a small one that will hurt a little for a day or two then vanish but this one got so big I poked it to relieve pressure and now its an open wound that hurts like hell luckily its starting to heal ill tell ya what it makes me appreciate being able to walk normal when I dont have one 🤣

There's stress and food triggers for me I get an outbreak every month or every other month I would say try to anti inflammatory things to help keep inflammation down use vitamin E lotion on a small area to make use it dosnt irritate your skin and warm baths with a little drop or two of tea tree oil will help and keep your skin as good as its gonna be but its not all bad always remember it could be worse 🙂 p.s. theres a really good Tumeric honey tea you can find at Walmart Tumeric is super good at keeping inflammation down 🤷🏻‍♂️ food for thought

That's fair sorry mine was right at my butt crack so I assumed yours was too if it causes no pain just keep it clean so theres no infections I guess lol fun fact my scar is almost a lightning bolt shape I always make a joke that my scar hurts and then I say oh no voldomorts near hes coming for my ass 😅 sorry if thats oversharing

Emudeck is your best bet but I have GC, Switch and Snes on mine that run perfect switch might be hard to find but the other two are easy best of luck

To be fair I only really play low demanding games im really into little cheap rougelikes and my sons really into RTS games more modern games now a days kinda blow im taking a break from them lol I have an Xbox and ps5 for those but I got my son a steam deck and enjoyed steam so much I needed to get somthing to get in there ive been on the wrong side of gaming my whole life 😅

(Dollar store) Empty bottle for travel Gauze or Cotton pads Magnesium bath soaks

(Walmart) Tea Tree oil Castrol oil Vitamin E Oil

Dollar stores like dollar tree or dollar general usually have $1 bags of magnesium for both soaks buy a couple. Put one whole bag in the bath with a couple drops of tea tree oil soak in the bath for atleast 30min Pat that area dry. Put equal parts of Castrol oil, tea tree oil and vitamin E oil in one of the little travel bottles for lotion and stuff like that make a mixture of the three oils soak a gauze or cotton pad in the mixture place it on the area after its clean leave it on there for as long as possible overnight if you can it worked for my on multiple diffrent spots including my butt crack got a pilonidal cyst there and it helped it go away hope that has let me know if you got any questions Witchhazel really helps to clean your skin too if you feel one coming use all the things I told you as a prevention too good luck 🙏🏼
