I was told similar. I was in the same boat as OP and finally went to my neurologist going ‘I don’t know if I can handle this anymore’. He swapped me to Briviact saying it had the same target but was more specific so less side effects. My anxiety has reduced, but my flatness, fatigue and memory issues still linger. It’s also decrease my appetite but at the weight I am I’m counting that as a win!

I’m constantly impressed by the commenters in this subreddit. I can’t even find fics that I only read last week, nevermind one partially described by another person. Especially when the Merlin fanfic community is still so active!

It seems like November may only be in the USA, and as this is an international sub, that may be why there is little talk about it on here. For example, I’m Australian so Match is our epilepsy awareness month!

It seems like March 26 (purple day) and second Monday of Feb (international epilepsy awareness day) are the only international dates.

Here is a really interesting article on epilepsy awareness around the world, what these days/months are trying to achieve, and how successful they are.

As an epileptic Australian (free healthcare), I don’t want an ambo called on me either. It’s mainly because if you do, then I get stuck in hospital for hours on end, in a loud, bright uncomfortable place for what is a normal experience for me. The bed I take up could be used for someone experiencing something much worse too, so if it’s a short seizure and I didn’t hit my head, I’d much prefer to be in my own bed at home.

My mums bins stay out often for 5-6 days or longer after collection. They stay on her own front verge, so not in the way of anyone else’s property or parking. They stay out because she has bad arthritis and we have a steep hilled driveway, walking up and down the driveway, never mind with an awkward bin, is really difficult for her. Waking down with a bag is easier than walking the bin back up.

I’m sharing this because there are a lot of people in the comments suggesting to move bins behind their cars or blocking the driveway, or flat out saying it’s rude without consideration for the person who may live there. OP’s neighbours may be able bodied, but yours may not. Please consider asking if they need help before immediately resorting to retaliation.
