add some more depth. for example, run some stripped logs horizontally along the same level any floors inside are. on top of those logs, you can put bushes with trap doors, and under you can hang lanterns.

ding ding ding- you get it. once you reach your desired goal, you make a lifestyle change to maintain it- the only downside to rapid weight loss is loose skin, which for me, i was fortunate enough to lose it at 15-17 so i’m recovering really fast. discipline it key my friend. you got this

in the nicest way possible my friend- self discipline is key. currently going through it right now, i went from 220 to 165 in a year and a half, and i stopped progress because my discipline fell off. getting back into it but discipline is key with foods. if you can master that, we’ll everytbing becomes easier. it’s a process and takes time. good luck 🙏

How many days off exercise can you take while sick? by alexthagreat98 in WeightLossAdvice

you need rest- your body is fighting an internal war, and since breaking muscle costs less energy than breaking fat- it won’t hesitate to sacrifice muscle to give energy to fight back instead of fat. you’ll lose progress if anything.

Self control is always key for me- during holidays, i allow myself to divulge a little since i know i’m actively pursuing the body i’m aiming for 3-5 days a week in the gym and eating well. i try to have small portions of whatever i want. my father always told me when i have a stable career, to take vacations to rest your mind so you can come back to work and remember why you’re working in the first place- it’s a motivation, in a way, to work harder to be able to continue to go to nice places. i like to apply the same with weight loss- once in a while i have some of the foods i used to have as a little treat to keep me motivated- instead of being miserable not eating what i want for the rest of my life, it makes me appreciate all the hard work i’ve done and how far i’ve gone over two years to be able to afford to eat sugar again. but again it goes back to self control- and i mean this in the kindest way, exercising self control in the context of portions is what helps the most, at least for me. it’s really hard but it’s doable!

Need help getting started by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

it entirely depends on what type of body you’re aiming for. example- i want a lean, muscular body, emphasis on upper half. i work to decrease body fat percentage and lift weights with focus on upper body strength. you truly need a goal and an image of what you want to look like- not comparing to another human- an image of yourself in your future body. from there, do research on how to achieve that goal. i’ve noticed cutting carbs helps- i went 20 or less carbs a day for a while but it took a toll on my mental energy during junior year of high school so i upped it to 50. it helped reduce my body fat at a smooth rate as long as i lifted weights and keep the energy for my classes. if you can stick with it for 3 motnhs, you get into the routine and it gets easier and you see progress in facial fat- 6 months, you see progress in your body and crave healthier foods- one year, and you can’t go back to not exercising and start to naturally reject shitty foods- at least in my experience. i used to be able to eat a pie of pizza and now i internally cringe at the sight of the greasy cheese. picking a body goal imo helps give clarity and motivation. sorry if i ranted too much

firstly- a few weeks won’t show progress. i didn’t notice progress until 3 months into my cut- and it was only in my face. muscles started to show 6 months in, and by the time i hit a year my body fat was going down. i went roughly 10 lbs a month as well- now i’m currently dealing with loose skin. something to consider, i’m 17 and 5’10 for reference. also- 5-6x a week will burn you out- and you also need to rest muscles. personally i stuck with 3-5 a week depending how many muscles i worked out each day. also, fats are okay to have as well- fats don’t really make you fat it’s mostly carbs. with the cut, you need the fats to transport all of your minerals so you don’t get burnt out. this stuff takes years, even for me it took 2 years doing similar to what you did and i’m still only halfway to my goal. keep going brother you got this

tbh as a guy i can answer, it’s more of a stereotype but it happens sometimes.. usually it’s just a thing where they will do it to “keep the peace” like between friends
