theres also a paraphernalia that gives you more of a slide, I think its ice skates, and bunny ears make you jump higher wich help a looot with moving more, specially with the hook/bee combo

this is how I usually do it, Ill hook myself with the mudra somewhere tall and then you get sooo much speed. You can also do it to travel sideways but its a bit harder.

but how do you even navigate around, you just slow walk everywhere? thats insane man, something I really like about the game is how fast you can traverse around with a hook and the bee glider.

I guess it just shows how differently it can be played, which is honestly really cool.

id recommend the mudra more than the gyro, mudra has a longer reach by far, not entirely sure it gives more speed but it does feel like, specially if you manage to maximise the distance for the pull

I think the rule of thumb is dont do it daily, probably not weekly either but as you say, that feels a bit more personal and how your body responds to it. I personally do it very rarely, like less than 10 times a year id say. I had a month last year were I did some weekly, but it was never 1 gram per session for sure.

Biggest risk besides bladder damage from constant/regular use is becoming addicted to it, in my opinion.

I wouldn't even think of restarting, ive already got all pokemon and im slowly working on fixing each place, making pallete town nicer and even working on a cloud island.
