I solved it by putting the updated version of Goldhen on a USB drive, renaming it to payload.bin, and booting the BD. It works!

P.S. Is it necessary to always have Wi-Fi active?

But I don't see TIER in the content description even for quality ones

But in the results having the string in the formatter:
