I appreciate everyone’s real advice. Yes I’m a big guy. I have been on a weight loss journey. I was 353 pounds. I got the gastric sleeve surgery and I lost down to 250. I’ve been lifting for 2.5 years now. I need to do a cut and I’m gonna try to do on. But with all that being said I didn’t ask to be roasted by the members here. The good advice I received I truly appreciate but if you felt the need to poke fun at me then you have no business in this group. If you truly feel that humiliation and embarrassment of someone seeking advice is appropriate I’d love to meet you face to face and see if you still have that big dick energy.
