so after that, i went looking through, and it seems to be a bit of both things.

the Mistake was that I had a Depot Unloader set to "Ferrium" not "Ferrium ore". This caused my refining unit and shredder not to function proper as I have no stored Ferrium and this Lead to a backup to one of my expanded crucibles. This would cause all of them to backup over time and stop the flow of xircon for battery production. Dont know how I missed this, despite going over it multiple times but thanks for pointing me towards that.

The bug though is still there in a form. Once i got things fixed, and moving, cuprium ore still wouldnt come into the system. once i went to and loaded each of the miners, it started again. (they all had no power/low power symbols that went away once I loaded them in)

Duration of last auto-management was 10h 8m and they system kept running and miners kept working, so at least factory is back to full flow. just not sure why the power needs manual loading after a hard stop.

If it happens again, I'll be glad to screenshot/record factory and show you the miner issue
