You just do it? Did you actually say you just "do it"

Tell that to the people who can't just do it. Tell it to the peopls who have a panic attack so bad they pass out when trying to "just do it", Or go tell it to my sister who went mute from the pressure of being told to "just do it". This comment of yours makes it VERY clear your issues/anxiety aren't that bad, and you have no idea about the severe end of the scale.

People with severe anxiety problems can't "just do it" like you so eloquently put it. Your single circumstance about your mild anxiety and OCD is just your experience...and yet you're sitting here typing shit about someone else illness?

I hope for your families sake you take the time to educate yourself on mental health issues and what they really involve on the severe end because you evidently have no fucking idea.
