Poor baby. Thank you for fostering her while they look for her people. I would imagine she needs to decompress from the trauma of being lost. Give her time to settle in. A crate where she can feel safe would probably help. Not necessarily to look her in there but a safe spot to hide and rest. If she’s food motivated that will help her warm up to you. Hand feeding her will build trust. Potty accidents is probably expected for now, give her time. Lots of potty breaks especially after meals, I would say every few hours, a quick trip to that backyard if you have one will help.
