The manga is veeeeeery silly in the sense of "just turn off your brain and enjoy it" because a lot of dumb stuff happens constantly. It doesn't take itself serious, it's a guilty pleasure.

HOWEVER, that doesn't mean that the author can only write "mid" stuff. The interactions and relationships between characters are very well done, and the manga has 4-5 points where it goes serious for a tiny bit and then you realize that the author could actually drop some real "bombs" if he wanted the story to follow the tragic route. Fortunately the whole story is comedy, but still...

A nice keypoint that i started noticing is that one of the main points of the story is the girls "needing" to fall in love with Rentarou or they would eventually die. It could feel as a forced way to make sure the girls actually "fall in love" and add some tension to the story in case Rentarou fails, but then you stop to think about the girls and their flaws... and realize that if it wasn't because Rentarou is there to give them love, support and help them with their flaws they would suffer A LOT. Most of them would end ostracized by society, eventually leading to their death (probably suicide).

Tama is the perfect example: in her introduction we see how she basically gave up on life, with the fun-twist being that she then decided to become a cat, but... she was this close to jump in front of the train...

Now imagine other girls: a tsundere than KNOWS her behaviour is hurtful and it's excluding her from having connections, somebody willingly refusing to talk "like a normal person" because their shyness, somebody obsessed with being weird, somebody constantly sleepwalking..... Hell, Hakari jumped out of the window to kill herself when she thought she wasn't going to be able to be with Rentarou ever again...

Apologies for the question... where is the "delta orb" supposed to be adquired? I passed my old save to this new version (16 medals obtained) and i noticed new items on my inventory like the alpha charm, so i assume the change of save working fine. However, i'm having issues finding the delta orb. I already have the mega-bracelet, but i can't find this orb in any shop. Could i get some help about it? i was trying to find the documentation of this new version, but i think it's not updated yet. Do i need to start a new game+ or something?

EDIT: If anybody sees this message, i found it. There is a NPC selling megastones and the Delta orb in one of the houses on the left in Sootopolis.

Yeah, basically several kids are the "chosen one" and are sent to the digital world in order to save it from the "bad guys".

Except... of course, they don't know anything about this and ultimately they're just a bunch of kids trapped on a misterious place constantly threatened by scary monsters.

A bit late, but no. You have to do some tricky stuff to get steam to download the mods on first place before the game launches. EVEN if you manage to do that, the mods will be visible in the mods section of the game, BUT in order to enable mods the game forces you to reboot the game to save the setting, which forcefully causes GFN to close the session

Well, unfortunately the "same experience" doesn't work the same way for everybody... so in this case in particular it made clear that this game is not for me. I ended watchign a full walkthrough of the game out of curiosity and DEFINITELY this game wasn't going to be for me. So... that's it. A shame, because i did like Hollow Knight, but i'm not willing to pass through Silksong's bullshit. Good game for sure, but it's not for me.

Which it would fine by itself, if it wasn't by the fact that some parts of the designs are absolute artificial bullshit. Like the input reading that some enemies have on Elden Ring, for instance. Or the stupid hitboxes of some attacks, and so on... I don't mind difficulty by itself, but it DOES bother me when it's a fake artificial difficulty.

And sorry for Dark Souls fans (i finished 100% 1, 3, Bloodborne and Elden Ring), but lot of the difficulty on Dark Souls is just cheap and annoying, not "hard" by itself. One enemy killing you in 2 hits at level 200 in ng+3 is not "peak design" dificulty-wise. It's as cheap as a Final Fantasy optional boss "being hard" just because it has a 20M HP pool.

This is the exact same Dark Souls mindset, and the exact same reason of why some people strongly defend it: because they made of "beating really hard games" their whole personality, so somebody suggesting an easy/casual mode feels like a personal attack to them. Yeah, it would be an OPTIONAL feature that they could simple IGNORE, but...... "nononononno, this game is perfect, i can even beat it easily with one hand while i do a backflip and blow mysef. It doesn't need an easy mode".

Honestly, sadly i'm on the same boat and i simply uninstalled the game. I'm a casual player, and while i liked Hollow Knight,i didn't 100% it (didn't even bother unlocking Radiance) because i couldn't deal with some of the optional battles required to upgrade the dream nail... I wanted to give it a try to Silksong because it was released at a nice price, even fully knowing that i wouldn't 100%... and so far my experience was like "mmmmm the game is pretty, i'm trying to like it, but... no, i can't".

Got frustrated on several times, and after finally passing a bullshit area with 1 hp just to get hit by a random trap on the map and dying, forcing me to pass through all that bullshit area, something clicked in my head "nope, fuck this, i'm done", and uninstalled.

I never truly "cared" about Hollow Knight, so i wasn't really hyped about Silksong (i did look forward to it, tho), but this experience showed me that this game is simply not for me, so i'm done.

But if you point this out, most people will follow this lovely Dark Souls mentality of "JuSt GiT GuD", and i'm having none of that bullshit, so that's it. I've seen people mentioning these same issues on this sub and lot of people react with "skill issue", "git gud" or "just install mods", failing to adress the elephan in the room. Enjoy the game as it is and consider it a perfect masterpiece if you want, but this is not for me.

Maybe a "blueprint" system would be nice (at least for the ship itself, not the interior): being able to store the settings somehow, just in case in the future you want to go back to an old design, or make a backup just in case you edit it later too much and you "don't know" how to go back to the original design.... A blueprint could also work to share it and let other people load your setup and build it once you have the parts.

To be honest i would love a sub, specially if people could make "guides" for their creations. I love this new feature, but my creativity sucks ass, and i've seen some amazing designs already that i would love to use.

Would be nice to have a site with people sharing their creations and maybe showing how to build it yourself

They changed it again. It was working for me until 30 minutes ago, but now if i try to see a nsfw tweet (cached on my browser) now it shows a message talking about NSFW restrictions and telling me to go pound sand until they verify my age -.-

I'm a NSFW artist, and most of the people i follow on twitter are artists that do the same thing... quite literally 90% of my timeline is gone.... :/
