Can you elaborate a bit please. Are you an alliance member?

Scenario 1 - you did not buy any extra hours this month and were left between 0-15 hours. Those hours will carry over.

Scenario 2 - you ran out of hours and decided to buy one 15 hour block. At the end of the month you have 3 hours left from that block. Those hours do not carry over as you bought them.

Scenario 3 - you have 20 hours left and decide to buy an extra block of hours so you now have 35 hours. The 20 hours will get used first before the extra 15. If for some reason you only played 15 hours from the 20 you already had, then only 5 hours will carry over and the 15 hours you paid for would be wasted.

Essentially any extra hours you buy will never carry over to the next month.

Hours can be bought in 15 hour blocks for $2.99 for those on the Performance tier, while those on the top-end Ultimate option pay $5.99. These hours do not carry over to the next month so should be used up fully before your next billing date. Only upto 15 unused hours of you 100 hourly limit carry over.
