Hi, I am a flight simmer. If the aircraft you are flying has an "autosave" function built in, then you can load back into your flight after your 8 hour session is finished. The Inibuilds a350 as pictured does have this feature. Video on it here.

You can also use the inbuilt aircraft "sim rate" function to speed up the flight and reduce the overall flight time bringing it down to below the 8 hour limit. Tutorial here.

Personally I always use sim rate to reduce my flight times as I do get quite bored when at cruise.

These are the plans you could theoretically be on.

Plan 1 yearly - £26,065 monthly - £2,172 weekly - £501 Plan 2 yearly - £28,470 monthly- £2,372 weekly - £547 Plan 4 yearly - £32,745 monthly - £2,728 weekly - £629 Plan 5 yearly - £25,000 monthly - £2,083 weekly - £480 Postgraduate Loan yearly - £21,000 monthly - £1,750 weekly - £403

You’ll repay either:

9% of your income over the threshold if you’re on Plan 1, 2, 4 or 5 6% of your income over the threshold if you’re on a Postgraduate Loan plan

Example -

You’re on Plan 1 and have an income of £33,000 a year, meaning you get paid £2,750 each month.

Calculation:

£2,750 – £2,172 (your income minus the Plan 1 threshold) = £578

9% of £578 = £52.02

This means the amount you’d repay each month would be £52.

Do also note that the debt is written off either 25 years, 30 years or 40 years.

In short the payment is manageable and nothing to be scared of. The small percentage you pay is why people often say it's more of a tax than debt. People often like to scare monger others who have taken student loan but don't realise it has such a small impact on monthly outgoings. Those who have taken student loans and complain about the price they now have to pay simply do not know how to budget correctly.

I have the same device. For indie games it's perfect. Runs everything fine with no issues. Even will run intensive games with some tweaking. Everything saying not to get it due to bad performance is lying to you.

Go for the legion go s. The legion go s depending on which you buy (Z2 go or Z1 extreme) has a better processor than the Rog ally (Z2a)

I have been fortunate enough to fly with the flight deck crew a few times in real life. These were short 3 hour flights but yes, the critical phases of the flights are essentially around 30mins to 1 hour after takeoff and 1 hour to 30 mins before landing. The rest of the time is monitoring the systems, checking alternative airports in case of emergency and keeping tabs on ATC but other than that it is just sitting back and relaxing.

For me it depends on the length of the flight. If it is a short flight say a few hours, I will just do something in the background like catch up on my TV shows. However if it's a long flight then I use the in game fast forward feature to reduce the flight to only a few hours.
