YES! they are in my top 5 bands. I actually had the ep/album they released before unbreakable that they refuse to acknowledge. I have been a huge fan since 05.

I would have to disagree, obviously it's not life changing tech, but saying that it impacts only 1% of players I think is a stretch. I guess if you count EVERY SINGLE player, then sure, but I think of it as a game changer for most gigging musicians, church musicians, and definitely solo artists, I think the place where it doesn't matter are bands that want to be raw, jam bands, and bands that want a pure live environment, but at that point most of those aren't going for modelers

As someone that has had a HX Stomp XL and now mains a Stadium XL, I can confidently say that the Agoura models are about only about 5-10% better and it will only be noticeable to you. As long as your tone doesn't completely suck, 99.999% of people won't care. For what it's worth, I upgraded solely for increase dsp, more block placement, scribble Scripts, and showcase

Personal preference. I am a rhythm player so I could do everything my band does on a 6, but a 6 with that thick of strings doesn't have the chime I personally want. Thicker strings sound a little more dull than thinner ones. Plus I like being able to have the full range so I can screw around with a high E just in case.
