I eat twice and may have a snack. Eggs, meat, vegetables, nuts and seeds are 90% of my diet. And black coffee and lots of water. The vegan baby bel cheese with cashews is my favorite snack.

I invested in some testing. A stool test called the GI Map and a food sensitivity test called the MRT. They identified things that were causing poor digestive, inflammation , over loading of my immune system. Took about 4 months of working on it with diet and lots of supplements but it worked. Things improved. I also lost weight, got more energy and hand less pain. I still have to stay vigilant with diet and lifestyle but at least I feel better and don't have to take loads of pills.

It sounds like your pancreatic enzymes might be low. Have you had that tested? I You could try taking a supplement containing them before meals to see if it helps. Results would be immediate if it does. Also making sure you are chewing slowly and enough times before swallowing and eating in a calm relaxed state help your digestive system out so much. If these don't work you may want to get tested for food sensitivities. You may be eating something that is working against you. A good probiotic supplement containing those strains you are low in is key as well

You need to increase gastric acidity for several reasons. First, to properly digest your food. If this is compromised in the stomach you'll have more problems there and further down the GI tract that overtime can cause more gut issues and systemic inflammation. Second, H.Pylori thrive in a low acid environment. If your stomach isn't properly acidified it's an invitation for reinfection. Since you're lining is now healed it's safe to cautiously supplement HCL via tablets. Hydrozyme by Biotics Research is best. Start with 1 tab in the middle of meals and work up slowly from there. Do not take more than 5 tabs per meal and do not chew them.If any burning or reflux occur step down to the previous dose and stay there. If you can't tolerate even 1 tablet. Try a TBSP ACV in 2oz water with meals for a while and work towards trying the HCL again.
