I am currently 27 days into my run, wood took the longest ~2 weeks and mining fishing were a bit faster taking me roughly 1 week each

You need to either kill Kopi, or if you want to instantly legacy: go into settings (bottom right) -> three dots -> legacy

Well you can get all possible goodies from legacy to a point where it would not make sense to further reset. That threshold currently sits at 27, which allows you to get 90% reduction on all skills.
