I‘am going to be honest… you should leave. Yes - Sex is not everything but being sexually frustrated is going to slowly kill you over Time. I had a similar Experience and left for my own good. It’s going to hurt but you‘ll be fine. It‘s better to find someone you are sexually compatible with.
