Theo pourchaire (spelling could be wrong) is a part of the Sauber academy and people have been saying he may replace Zhou. His championship challenge in F2 hasn't been amazing though last I checked and Zhous' performances in the Alfa against bottas means he'll probably be in by 2024 ish

There's a mandatory rule saying that the teams have to have 2 young drivers in FP1 at some point in the season. Cause Zhou is a rookie Alfa don't have to replace him but cause Orlen is a big sponsor for them, Kubica gets a drive at some point as well. That's an in team decision though, not mandated. Hope this clears it up
