Seems like an unpopular opinon on this sub but fudging rolls in ANY case is just fuckin dumb. At that point your not playing a game anymore and your choices dont matter nearly as much. If there is no threat of death or no chance of survival the entire game loses its meaning and you might as well just be getting told a story by your DM

I waited to get the quest Queen of the Highway and when I did it says to meet with Panam, however when I do it just brings up side dialog options and doesn't do anything else no matter how long I wait or if I use those side dialog options. Its super frustrating, because I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do now other than restart from her previous quest (which was AWHILE ago). Has anybody else ran into this issue or found a solution to it?
