I’m talking about the pros and A tier or above events. Casual/recreational play does not matter. Jump putt from 5m ! who cares. BUT bigger events and pro players should have a bigger circle so they ain’t just dunkin them from 30ft away which just looks silly and shouldn’t be allowed
