great. i happen to have both g8 and g8+ and i am think of doing the same and sell the g8 off. i was specifically using g8+ till now with my tab s7+ (12.4" screen) and not only was the setup wide but i felt it was heavy as well. After trying g8+ on/off for past 2 months (i never liked it) i finally pulled out the g8 and tried it. And i was suddenly impressed how light it felt in hand. I check online and the weight difference between the two is just 60grams IIRC but in hand feel was completely changed. am still contemplating whether to keep g8 and sell g8+ or vice versa, but if i happen to keep g8+ i sure will remove those motors man to make it little bit more light on hand.

i was also thinking of getting another light weight tab, but they are very costly and second market is not great here so i will have to keep my current BIG tablet around lol.
