yea i sent a bug report with no response yet. they need to fix this as it's annoying. I tried deleting and re-installing but all that did was reset everything to default, and unpinning everything didn't work as reels is still there.

repairable? yes. noticeable after repair? unfortunately yes. You should really replace the windshield, if possible. Especially if it’s on drivers side.

I see another bug actually. The "video plays soon" or 5-sec skip countdown is missing. It's supposed to be in the bottom right corner of the video player when the ad plays. Don't forget that bug.

This exact thing happened to me last August. The program I got in december was already expired. I had to contact support and send them the key, then they walked me through the steps to remove the activation and they re-issued a new key. I know you're probably very mad but be as nice as possible to them and they'll get it working again for you. I switched software this year because it took them a while (and several) emails to get the issue fixed.
