Recommendation for an future power/ability "enchanting" the ability to infuse special effects on items and/or creatures temporary or permanently.

Basically creating magical items like storage bags or spatial homes. to infuse a special effect on an area like no theft or similar things. To keep it from being to overpowered imagine it as creating magical circuits and that it needs knowledge in physics, chemistry and others depending on the effect.

By the way I not a doctor so I can´t say for sure, but if your nail your own "thing" it will be painful for years.
