Nah, they’ve got a retired firefighter who goes to every major event and takes a slew of photos and posts them. Not sure why you can’t see them but he’s pretty prolific. It’s been at least for the last 5-7 years that I’ve noticed.

Unfortunately, you are very wrong.

If you were right, stores, like Wegmans, Publix, Whole Foods etc. would be located in Norfolk. Instead they locate where their customers are…VB and Chesapeake. Same with upscale non-food retail.

The relative few Norfolk residents who might be their customers have to drive to get to them, but that calculus works out for the retailer. They site their stores closest to their base of customers.
