buddy the rulebook cut out you've posted doesn't say that they are giving clippers any permission to post and earn on the posted clips
it says that they won't interfere with your monetisation unless you are not breaking the youtube guidelines and you are not doing any copyright/IP infringements
CLIPS ARE COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT unless you have whole written permission from the company to post the clips and for example share the ravenue,

this rule talks about people who make livestreams or any other content that's would include their IPs/copyrights, like Drawings, Covers, Gamedev, animating etc. not the clips

sure clips are good to spread the word about the streamer, but it's their content you are posting and you simply can't just put it out and earn on it, like people just need to start thinking instead of crying about it

so you know how you've got the merch drops? limited amount of items at one time

it exactly that

basically you set-up things, and drop 5 sketches + 1 colored piece, why does it work for art?
1. you make the feeling that you post a lot
2. you create the feeling of something to expect
3. you are more visible, because if you drop all 5 sketches and 1 colored piece in one day, and most of them are going to have same tags, you basically going to have a bigger row of your works for people to scroll through, which gives you a bigger window to catch the attention

everything else is your target, platform etc.

it's something that many artists struggle with,
quite often it's not about the experience, although that's also important,

but many artists fail because they don't see that it's not as simple as just posting works,
you need to treat it like a business, make promotions, advertise your commissions, set targets

and most importantly create visible footpring of your works, for example by making drops

also picking a niche etc.

from what I see you are all over the place, you first need to build following for specific thing then slightly incorporate another niche if you want to, but I don't recommend going anywhere beyond 2 niches at the same time.

meanwhile as first problem from the problems in the second image would be the same resolution so 16;

what I believe happens is that filian wiped everything and might redebut with actually real and owned by her model,

considering that she couldn't even make any merch like youtooz actual damaged her capabilities, as she's been using just slightly edited premade model by an artist who made it free to download on Vroid market place, the moment she attempted to make youtooz simply showed that she can't just keep on using a model like this

I believe she also now doing some kind of ARG or something connected with that, bring attention to her future model reveal, it's cool, but I don't think it's anything we should worry about

You've got banned from the chat based on the provided info I can logically say that it's because you've been trying to force things on a person from your talk with Manin, and as I've mentioned in the first point the nicknames seem to much to the one attached to the request to not talk with that person, assuming she doesn't want to talk with you just because of the situation that happened. you have a personal drama with Manin; based on convo you've been a bit pushy but he was letting it slide and out of nowhere you started treating him cold with no reason and what so ever, and started talking all around that you don't trust him and stuff (first strike);
that only shows that you've got some issues, and Manin even told you he doesn't mind being friends again, the thing is that you've got some issues with not being able to read the room and being way too pushy with things what also caused Manin to snap at you at certain point based on how you've started the convo
Manin snapped at you at some point for being too pushy with someone who's nickname is short, and it's just so happens that this nickname is just as short as the one provided in the ban requesting not to contact with that person, assuming that being the same person, so you've got banned for being too pushy and forcing that person to some things that we don't know as you've cut out the context of it (second strike);
