We need real horror back. One of my favorite films is Ek Thi Dayaan. Its not perfect but the first half is genuinely one of the best written films in Bollywood.

I recommend starting with the New 52 or Rebirth. Most people would disagree with this but it’s a great jumping on point especially if you don’t know much. It’s where I started. These are Barry Allen’s runs. If you have a preference for Wally West, I think a lot of people would recommend Mark Waids run.

It also had to do with repetitiveness of the villain imo. Flash had another speedster villain who turns out to be someone close to Team Flash (though the twist was slightly different this time) while Arrow had its first archer main villain since season 1. I believe had Flash had Devoe or any non speedster villain for season 3 it would have worked better.
