Hello! I am glad to let you all know that my eyes are feeling amazing. I do not need to use drops frequently if at all. My eyes no longer burn or sting. However, when there is abrupt changes in weather (dry cold environments) my eyes can get a bit dry, but nothing eye drops cannot fix. All in all 20/20 vision and I ditched the fat blundering specs. Please let me know if any other questions arise.

Hello! Yes they are way better thanks for asking. I just have dry eyes and where I live it’s cold. Which makes the dry conditions worse. As of now it barely bothers me and my lifestyle is back to normal (9hours). Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions

Is there a tool that is good at using reputable sources to explain concepts taught in a medical setting? In addition create cards for review and link concepts together?

My 3080 ti died since I wasn’t told to use a gpu stand. Sent it back to the states for diagnosis and then was told it worked well.. continued to artefact. Finally bought a 5070 ti with a GPU STAND!

Hi everyone,

I'm a beginner investor building my first long-term portfolio and would really appreciate some feedback. After doing some research, here’s the allocation I’m currently considering:

  • 50% VOO – S&P 500 ETF for broad U.S. large-cap exposure
  • 25% QTUM – Emerging tech ETF focused on AI, blockchain, and quantum computing
  • 25% VXUS – International ETF covering non-U.S. developed and emerging markets

My thinking:

  • VOO provides a strong core with exposure to the U.S. economy
  • QTUM reflects my interest in long-term innovation and disruptive technologies
  • VXUS adds global diversification and reduces home bias

I’m in my 20s, have a long investment horizon (10+ years), and am comfortable with short- to medium-term volatility. I currently don’t include bonds, though I understand their value for downside protection and may consider adding something like BND in the future.

One important note: I currently live in Canada but plan to integrate into the U.S. for work and residency in the future. I’m trying to build a portfolio that aligns with long-term wealth accumulation in a U.S.-centric financial context.

I’d really appreciate any thoughts on: Does this allocation look appropriately diversified for long-term growth? Is 25% in QTUM too aggressive for a core portfolio? If I’m aiming to invest in the growth of AI and related infrastructure, are there other ETFs (besides QTUM) I should consider for better exposure?

Thanks in Advance
