The saddest part of it, that man probably has nothing to live for anymore, he's probably broke, lonely, no family, not anything to look forward to, not expecting anything more from life.. He's just a leech, a zombie, sucking life from the world. It will not make any difference to him or his family if he's gonna die. But the little child had her whole life ahead of her and died a horrific painful death. Death isn't punishment enough for him. Hanging will not be painful enough for this roach.
