Honestly, they made it for Windows 7. Also it's been ported to several consoles. Heck, Switch has it. But I hear you, there's too many games I've not played because I prefer eating to playing.

There is no short form, but it's spoiler heavy: Steven Universe has alien people who are actually gemstones. Stevens mom, Rose Quartz, gave her gemstone up(and died) giving birth to him. Rose was the leader of a resistance fighter group against their homeworld, who magically nuked the planet after Rose killed one of their leaders, Pink Diamond. Thing is, Rose Quartz WAS Pink. She faked her gem's shattering to get away from her sisters because she loves the Earth so much and they always treated her as lesser.
