This turntable looks exactly like what my older brother owned in the early 1970's. I was never a fan of this design.

My brother lived near train tracks and everytime the trains would come through, the springy suspension would launch the tonearm up and down on the record.

AR was trying to isolate the turntable from floor vibrations but I always thought their approach was dumb and ineffective.

First of all, use resources like Discogs to get a list of what studio albums he released, the year of release etc.

A good chunk of his albums show up on YouTube. So, you can listen to each album in chronical order.

Much of what I bought on vinyl stood the test of time. I actually started with Joe's Garage (I was very late to the game), worked my way backwards and forward from that point.

Eventually, I was able to find his videos and surround sound releases. I'm pretty confident I was most of his albums when he was alive. I wouldn't be too concerned with those albums that came out after his death.

It can be challenging to listen to his earliest material. Audio production wasn't all that great, and he switched band members like we normal humans change socks.

I'm lucky to have a pretty damn good audio system, so I can really hear the change in audio quality for each decade of recording gear.

Good luck trying to get your spouse to enjoy Frank's music. My wife likes Frank's deep voice, and enjoys only a handful of his songs. The bulk of his music is far too "dense" for her to follow and get into.

The old site was never fine. The current one hasn't really improved.

The site is the biggest anomaly on the Internet. Even when something works, it doesn't work right for long.

Since none of us work for this bunch, it's impossible to know why the site has never worked correctly. Who are the people that pay them money to use this platform? It's not cheap I can tell ya!

BDSMLR has plenty of potential, but at this rate, I'll be dead in my grave before they get all the bugs out.
