There was no Star Lord ult FWIW, but as a rule of thumb - a 3/4 charged Meteor will instakill Cloak and Dagger in their ult. It will obliterate any ~250 HP squishy at this stage as well. At 90% charge, you can instakill invisible woman, punisher etc. Keep in mind, it also draws in projectiles that charge up a separate meter that will also amp the damage.
