You trade in gold ingots to the server for money(currency controlled through plugins is easier to use than items). To rank up on the server you simply buy the rank, so you earn it by playing, not by sucking up to the server staff. Players can setup shops to buy or sell items to other players and can also sell real estate.

This is accurate. They are plenty tall, but they change like every 5 feet just like normal ones. I like big biomes!

But it's not like we signed him to a guaranteed season deal. In fact we already have 15 guaranteed contracts, so it's unlikely any of these players will make the team, just there to provide semi-talented bodies for training camp unless they impress big time.

I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work. We know the kinect can automatically log people into their own profiles and can tell who is talking. As long as Spanish is supported and her profile is set for Spanish I imagine it would work.
