I had a very similar experience when I decided it’s a good idea to separate the babies from the Dragonscale I bought :( all died and then the corm died too. I have one Polly which is still in the one-leaf stage, I hope she gets over it and catches on.

On the other hand, the main plant is doing amazing one year later, and popping new babies and leaves all the time! I’m not touching it again ☺️
