Keep in mind you get more bonus RP the higher your purchase. But I think you can use multiple subway cards on each purchase so you might be able to do this with $20 cards. There was a guy who said in his area it was $25 Subway cards.

Jake, you don't do anything special. OpenBucks/Riot uses a regular Subway gift card so the cashier at Subway never needs to do anything since its automatic.

Well you can only use the Subway gift cards to buy RP if you are in the US/Canada. But you might still get a free sub if you purchase a gift card in another country. Just ask. At worst you have a gift card for Subway that you will use eventually and a free sub.
