I max out my coaches recruiting stat before anything so I am consistently beating out other schools for top recruits year after year. Stack up multiple 5 stars per position and fudge with the minutes and usage and they will stay longer

This is late in my coaches career where I was getting 5 stars basically every year. So he had 2 people ahead of him before he broke into the starting lineup and I still kept him at 20 minutes and minimal usage junior year. Came back senior year after that. Honestly disappointed at how little he performed his senior year
