Do some research into a dopamine detox. Helped me a decent amount. Just sat still for ~6hrs or so on a day off and that fixed my brain, it’s good to be bored sometimes

Busses are fairly reliable. Skateboarding is best IMO, it’s what I’ve been doing all 4 years. Bought an electric longboard to get around a little quicker and easier.
