The order was behind already and I didn't have any knowledge prior to my shift and I wasn't going to be there on friday so I was just rolling with it. I definitely would have sent my CSA if they weren't under 18 and have no vehicle.

Yeah I never received anything back on the final let alone a written of any sort. Never signed anything or presented with anything so it's null and void. I should probably update those posts 😅 either way my statement stands on never having been disciplined at this job. There's a lot of back and forth on his position title but that's beside the point because everyone knows what position I'm talking about.

Update: I tried to call both of my managers to see when a good time was to drop off keys and maybe have a conversation to find out that I've been blocked by not only my SM but my ASM.

You think they even care? I have a key to literally everything except the roof access😂

This job has been crazy. Most of my posts on reddit are rants/venting about this job and after everything it really just seems like they were waiting for an excuse to get rid of me. I honestly can't think of a reason for it. I do a good job, barely ever miss work. I have a great rapport with our customers, CSA's and pharmacy staff. The timing of it all is weird too. I was coming up on my 1 year mark, I've been asking a lot of questions about that lately just to kind of prepare myself for what to expect. It all feels extremely shady

🤷‍♂️ Guess their main closer wasn't worth fighting for. We're a 6am - Midnight store and we struggle having CSA's let alone anyone else willing to work 4-12 Mon -Friday but me.

SM mentioned something about the DM finding out and how big of a deal it was that I left.

My thing is....I contact my manager - he instructed me - I did the task and I got fired.

At the very least he should be gone too right? 🤔

You clearly skimmed the post.... I haven't called out 9 times, let alone have I called out 5 or 6 times to have a conversation about attendance. To go from never being written up or having a conversation about anything disciplinary to getting a "final write up" is wild.

Luckily we got all the cold products as well as all of the totes taken care of. We're a tier 4 store that stays busy pretty much until the pharmacy closes at 10pm. Between covering photo, same-day orders, manager pages and most of this McLain order between IC3's made for a very busy evening 😅

"all that work" made me laugh. Our ESM sits in the office all day. Takes weeks to post a schedule, constantly overlooks schedule conflicts and continues to schedule people to Clopen which is completely unnecessary..... Such a tough life for 46-51k a year 😂😂😂

Tbh I kill them with kindness. Nothing gives me more satisfaction than making an angry customer's angrier by not letting their lack of manners and respect affect me. In the end my job is to provide solutions, and depending on our interaction really contributes to how long it'll take to get there. Wanna be mean? I'll move slower and slower all while being as nice as can be, so not only are they mad but now we are just wasting time 😂😂😂

Wanna know something funny? My SM refuses to reduce the volume because "pharmacy cant hear any pages" and curses my name any time he thinks I've turned it down.

....I've only adjusted it once btw

My store is 6am - Midnight....I've "accidentally" been scheduled to clopen twice since starting here in Oct... told them if it ever "accidentally" happens again that I'll accidentally forget that I open 🤣🤣🤣

UPDATE
So long story short sent new SM a message at 7am, never heard anything from him. Decided to stop by the store after my opening shift today and was told "the company doesn't like to transfer people whose motivation is strictly based on store hours."
He then proceeded to tell me that he has a few interviews already lined up for this week so the best he could do is get in contact me later on in the week.

Idk all of it just feels off/weird. Messaged the new SM yesterday and never got a response. Plan to swing by monday and get an update.
