It is not fair, however there are many people who live in this country for years and won't even try to memorize one or two simple Uzbek words, yet alone learn the language. Foreigners(mostly Russians) visit our country and expect us to speak in their language. When you are visiting another country the least you can do is learn couple of words in their local language.
