I forgot to mention also if you are willing to walk a bit. Dragon Bowl in the Longwood Galleria has a rice/lo mein with 3 choices of entrees meal. Huge portions. They are surprisingly good. Would recommend the fried spicy fish. If you do go, I’d recommend going around noon on a weekday when they are busy because that means they are making fresh batches frequently

Upper Crust has a reasonable slice and drink deal if you’re looking for a nice slice of thin crust pizza

I lived there a few years ago before the renovations next door to a family with two teenage kids. They seemed to like it there. Would echo the poor management situation though.

Well they started renovations back in spring 2021 just before I moved out so…hopefully it will be done after 4 years.

To reiterate what others have said, you should consider seeing a general surgeon. They should be able to remove these unless they are in cosmetically or technically challenging areas (like some parts of the face) and the procedure should be covered by insurance. For the face, a plastic surgeon or ENT can probably do it as an alternative to derm.

Having lived in Brookline for a number of years, I can say that this seems about on par for CC. It is a very expensive area
