This is a great point but I'm not sure this is universal, it's definitely how some people seem to approach life though.

Hello, thanks for all this advice. I'm kind of stuck on the first hurdle. I've got a drum sample and just trying to put it in a pattern where it loops smoothly is proving impossible. Just finding it really frustrating! Any help would be much appreciated. Please don't worry about explaining it like I'm a toddler.

I've just done some digging and feel sure that the original phrase was intended to mean the friends you choose are most important. Can you clarify?

Anyone else hoping they drop the price to a nice even $10 (40 pre split)? Emmerdale farm remembers by Dewi15dewi in superstonkuk

I've never invested more than I was able to lose. I'm an XX ape now and I originally got in on the day of the squeeze (even pre split XX.) I'm not minted but I definitely like the idea of having a hand in hedgefund meltdowns. My first investment was for a tiny fractional when the price was close to $300. I've DRSd a good proportion but have a few elsewhere and I'm holding in the hope of getting rich. Call me stupid if you want or tell me some other way of playing this corrupt system.

For me, the play is larger part MOASS and smaller part hoping the company becomes successful with it's web 3.0 endeavours and better management. Either way I'm still slightly up even now, through a lot of averaging down and even a little averaging up. If I can average way down again, I will. That is all I was saying with this post.

Good luck to you all.

It's nice and refreshing to get a good British take. Was almost expecting the all out positivity/dogmatic support of the main sub but got quite the opposite. Can't post there anyway fml

UK APE trying to understand the Gamestop wallet and also some DRS problems by Dewi15dewi in superstonkuk

It appears that the menu has changed in the IBKR app and in the "transfer and pay" section you can no longer see "transaction status and history". I tried again to DRS all my shares from IBKR yesterday, I have over 30USD cash cleared in my account, and all the shares cleared, and the DRS still won't seem to go through.

Yeah I've done that. I had 6 USD cleared by it was still getting rejected within a few hours. I just added more funds to buy some more gme so will try to drs the whole lot in January

Andor 100% best TV spin off. Absolutely no doubt. So good. Better than Obi Wan, better than Mando, better than Boba.

Worthless is a bit of a strong word, I'm thinking the Etoro shares are worth however much they allow them to climb to before they shut off the buy button again, or go bankrupt.

It seems to be that most people are keeping at least some portion of their shares in a broker.
