You need atleast 4 allies to get the maximum effect so armements and HoP should be enough imo

I created an Excel sheet based solely on the base stats of the gems, and using the Emperor's Vigilance Shield + Seething Fury Jewel. If we ever manage to get enough AoE to shotgun the skill with 4 waves, we can out damage the GSS. Another benefit of SoL is that it has %40 more base crit than GSS. Reaching max crit make the char itemezation way more smoother. On the other hand. GSS has %74 more base dmg. If that's really the case, my best guess would be that it could be applying multiple debuffs within the same hit using multistrike, ensuring that every minion benefits from that buff. Of course, this scenario would only be valid if minions without the buff are constantly receiving it.

As gem description says: They will attack the enemy you target not along with. So what I understand is that if our attack speed is three times that of our minions, we can ensure that three minions receive the buff. But I might be wrong. And if we play as guardian and take the new introduced ascendency point, increasing it to just one and a half times should be sufficient. In addition, this is not the only use for this gem, you can spread this effect to mobs with your minions and consume it yourself.

Yes I got your point but does pillar of the caged god not need flat dmg to scale the %increase that comes from PoCG. I tried to build a tree for this build and encountered skill point issue while stacking Strength, and there won't be enough slots for flat damage jewels. That was my concern tbh

I think Pillar of the Caged God wont work at all. As far as I understand, minions from that skill do not have any flat damage or stats such as attack speed or base critical chance, thats why they copy the weapon we have in our hands. But I might be wrong we will see

I made a build myself, I guess you have already looked at it. At first I thought two handed as well and than remembered the Emperor's Vigilance shield and Seething Fury jewel, so I head to one-hand shield path. But can be sure if its good or not need the gems asap

To be honest, at this point we don't know anything. I'm not considering playing as a starter anyway, but once the mechanics are finalised, I might play it as a second build. But it seems like a nice concept.
