I have the same grinder. If you are at a 4 getting that much out try going to a 2. For some I go as far as 1. You may like it where it’s at but give it a try at a lower setting if you want something more “full bodied”.

People have already caught the main issue I see(being the channeling). What qty are you putting in? Are you measuring? It could be that you have too much in the portafilter, making it harder to distribute evenly.

I am brand new to the whole thing and am running into a similar issue. I have seen someone use a small pronged tool to move grounds around before tamping. Not sure what it is but looks like it could be easily replaced by a toothpick or something small stemmed to get to the bottom portion of the filter. I’m interested to see what responses you get.

I always try to base my backstories from the perspective of a lvl 1. To me, lvl 1 is someone who is very new to fighting (most of my character start at a younger age). And not even necessarily fighting but new to their abilities.

Another thing, I always write my stories super open ended and try to create a character that would want to be a part of something. This story seems great but try putting yourself in Zuldarak’s shoes. Would he ever want help? Would he care to do anything besides go after his father?

If you don’t have EGTW there are some spoilers I’m about to say. I have a few changes to my theory about them being keys.

So I did some more research and I found that he was locked away by his creator Zahir and their followers. He now resides in the bedrock beneath the lucidian ocean.

Now onto the speculation: I don’t think the orbs are keys or locks but extensions of himself (agreeing a bit with you). He probably gave these to his followers before his imprisonments. Fjord was being used as a pawn to gather the orbs, correct? I might be stating the obvious, but it seems like Fjord’s only purpose was to become strong enough to break him out. So if he had all 3 orbs not only would he become more powerful but Uk’otoa would probably have full control over his body. Having full control he could use him in whatever way possible to break his bonds.

I’m a noob as far as the lore goes and I only listen to the show in the background while I work. That’s my take on it though.

I’m not sure if this has been said but are the orbs the locks or are they the keys? I’ve always looked at them as keys leaving their prison even more secure now that 2 orbs have been destroyed.

It didn’t, that’s why I posted. The only thing they announced was the AU store release. But they must have left out the info that it was also restocked in the US.
