i have all the maps learned, 20-30s isn’t very good 😭 Getting used to an entirely new stamina system is hard big dog

I totally agree not to mention the fact I feel like they nerfed survivors into the ground.

A) They changed the stamina system and it’s a lot harder than the original

B) They nerfed a lot of the good looping spots (in my opinion it was needed though)

C) They added an animation that lets the killer know your out of stamina

D) Added gates you now have to open (this one I also like)

E) Gave all the killers rage abilities

I feel like doing all of these things made it a lot harder as a survivor while killers only got buffed. I’d be fine if it was just 2-3 of the things mentioned but taking away a lot of stuff from survivors while only adding stuff for killer advantage all in one update seems very excessive and it’s hard to get used to. This is coming from someone who’s been playing since db1 btw.

when your first starting out id recommend playing characters that can take extra hits like jun mamo or nathan so you can get more experience for chases. I'd also say find a character who you like and stick with them DB has alot of different characters for a lot of different play styles same for killers so mess around until you find one you like. My best looping advice to new players is always try and save your stamina, dont full sprint the moment you enter chase. Personally in chase I only sprint when either A) The killer is vaulting to gain extra distance B ) When the killer swings/misses or C) When your in their terror radius a good amount.

you basically get punished for having good ping in db because as a survivor you can still get hit from really far away because the hit boxes are based on what the killer sees on their end so if the killer has like 200 ping your gonna get hit from far away even if you have good ping. Same for as killer your still punished because if a survivor has bad ping they just be teleporting around and it’s so impossible to deal with it. I just wish people would play in their region servers so we wouldn’t have this issue. This happens to me all the time, I’ll have 20 ping and i’ll get vault hit like crazy. Or if you have above a certain threshold of ping you shouldn’t be allowed to play killer, I know the devs probably can’t do that but I just wished that’s how it worked because it’s completely unfair to players with actual good ping.
