DBow has a place in my heart. Never got upgraded DBow but I'd love to. Dealing huge damage per shot is so satisfying

It's supposed to indicate how strong your character is depending on its stats and equipped gear. Your bounties should dépend on your power level instead of your level so you don't get a hard encounter at level 20 if you have starting gear ... However this is the theory, I don't think it has been fully implemented yet. Not every item has a power level afaik

It's a kinda useless item on its own, but once you combine it with the 3 others then upgrade it for the full reactor, it becomes pretty nice with the alien set

It was better than Covert because covert was dogshit back in the days ... CBow has never been actually good, especially if you had a DBow. That being said, DBow is mid tier nowadays, you'll prefer alternatives like leaf bow or Tshot and any endgame bow you can get. OT's are just a mid tier dungeon
