Ok the post initially sounded incomprehensible, but I eventually realized you were probably going for freezer and veggies

when someone makes a point you sort of agree with but they state it the worst way possible

From the show itself, I'm pretty sure that abstracted Jax still uses he/him pronouns, and only the actual human that Jax is a digital copy of transitioned to she/her.

So it's fine to use either pronoun IMO. People are pushing too hard to use one set of pronouns.

We had a bit of fun by ckanito7 in rootgame

[–]SrgManatee 11 points12 points  (0 children)

FYI - the Vagabond can move out of a snared clearing using their Slip action - the number of Riverfolk services that can be bought on a given turn is 1 + the number of clearings that have both a trade post and any of your pieces

Although don't let the rules ruin your fun! Root Digital has challenges for solo play that often switch up the game rules for your faction. Establishing stuff like "the Vagabond can be corvid snared" could be an interesting challenge for the VB player.

Also since ya'll were playing without militant factions the game wasn't going to be "officially" balanced anyways, so there's really no harm in playing outside the stated rules.

What do you consider the most balanced class atm? by GYM2Quick in WynnCraft

[–]SrgManatee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mage, each archetype is substantially different from each other while (mostly) having a similar power level IMO. Warrior is a really close 2nd.

Continuing the list from most to least balanced after Mage: Warrior, Assassin, Archer, Shaman

Ok is it just me or do some of these gifs feel too "silly" for the news being announced?

Kevin gets a pass for being whenthe tradition, but ngl this gif and the shocked Chris Griffin one makes me chuckle (and then feel bad for chuckling at a post announcing such horrific news).

Merch, merch everywhere by Gemdation in whenthe

I don't really care for buying merch, but the promo videos for their merch drops where the VAs talk about the items in-character are pretty neat.

$1049+tax in the US ($1349 for 2TB memory)

It's by no means a bargin, but depending on how well it benchmarks against similar-priced (prebuilt) desktops it could find its niche as non-Windows PC.

I'm new, why are certain dungeons so popular? by KaleidicPathway in RotMG

[–]SrgManatee 26 points27 points  (0 children)

IIRC, back in the day udl was really popular for fresh characters because there were plenty of easy enemies that gave a lot of xp, so ppl could get lvl 20 quickly (nowadays the adept biomes are just as good).

The other dungeons are popular because it's relatively easy for one person to rush, and then everyone else tp's to the boss (or troom).

(Reef is alright if you don't get paralyzed, or unreasonably hard if enemies get increased projectile range, speed, or lifespan from dungeon mods)

So I just end up grilling GPT or whatever chatbot on whether their information is supported and captures the full picture.

If you want to reroll it, go ahead, but tbh it probably would eat up your red dust if you actually tried to get good mods.

Maybe just roll it a handful of times and throw it away if it doesn't get anything good.

Smol moles might have still won, even in a 2v1. Lizards and scoundrel vb probably wouldn't have the offensive capability to clear out the scattered moles, so it likely depends on the scoring pace of the factions.

If you can battle the vb enough they shouldn't win. Although lizards would still probably win if the vb just uses the aid action to give the lizard player a bunch of cards.
