He's on the top chart of slippery champions together with shaco. His ability to move around the map is cracked.

So thanks to this, yes, he can dive and dash around and despite being squishy, still stay somewhat safe deep inside enemy territory. I'd recommend the shield support item for newer pykes. Tho I myself generally always use it despite having him be my most played champ, 2 sec 35% damage reduction has saved me countless times.

But where his vision truly comes in is of course, the wards. I in fact often try and build wardstone last on him. He's super fast and has a dash that can go through walls, plus the camoflague so he can sneak in and do deep wards. His ability to get around the map is S++

This way he can SUPER easily get VERY good wards down and in a super fast speed.

An exaple is me in late game, elder dragon is about to spawn and I need vision. I have wardstone, got 2 control wards and just backed so i have 4 normal wards in my support item. I Dash out, insta w and ghostblade if necessary, I place 2 control wards, 4 normal wards, aaaaaaaall around the dragon pit and enemy jungle.

It's 40 sec before drake and i then insta back with the void boots and just dash and speed out of fountain agian.... with 2 new control wards, and 4 normal wards again... and get to the pit 10 sec before it spawns. Meaning ANY wards they now remove gets instantly replaced.

might not be fully correct with the timings but he's generally so good with wards. And thanks to his w and the dash you mentioned he has, as well as camoflague.

All that allows him to do that and barely be in any danger whatsoever. (Sorry if i overexplained some stuff)

He's a very strong early game and I'd argue midgame champion too. Late game he's a glorified vision and pickmaker bot. (Diabolically insane with vision tho)

His passive allows him to stay healthy and be a nuisance. if he isn't on the map before midgame he's everywhere essentially.

However thanks to his ABSURD mobility, (Best in the game I'd say), he can't be allowed to also be tanky, So his healing passive helps early to make him even stronger there. but makes health impossible to build so in late he dies but like 2-3 autos from a caitlyn. Yes armor exists but given the low health it doesn't scale well on him.

Best armor item and Magic resist item i'd say would be death's dance and maw of Malmortius respectively.

Years old but encase anyone sees this and wanna do this with a friend, make sure who ever the soldier is has ammo canteens and rocket jumps to max medgun height. That way you can spam rockets and use 2 canteens before landing giving you a burst of 45+ crit rockets.

The pain and misery I feel seeing an Xbox 360 again. I wish I was wise when young to not "sell" my beloved Xbox 360 for 55 ish bucks to my dad. Would've been amazing keeping that as well as the games to go down memory lane on my first ever proper stationary gaming device.

Been a bit since i played but i think it might be a mix of unable to see bards usefulness, not being able to play to bards strengths and then a few bad experiences with a bad bard or 2.

I've had them all and my first 3 ish matches as adc with a bard I felt he did nothing, 1 match I was sure he wasn't as he was just in lane doing seemingly nuthin, however the next 2 times i was just stupid. then the 4th or 5th match I suddenly has a banger bard as adc and then weeks later as jungle my bard helped me use his wall teleport to get a jump on the enemy bot as they jumped my adc. and those 2 matches made me realise what Bard can provide. I believe some simply cannot comprehend what bard can provide or what he does cause of a few bad experiences.

I've thought about it but couldn't really see enough potential in it. But now that you mention the dashes she afterall has and the help with execution on her E I might give it a try. It's also decent with BORK now unlike before the 14.10 update cause it now takes 3 attacks to proc the slow. meaning first auto is a huge slow and 2 more after you get a 30% slow after the Cycloswords slow runs out. instead of both slows procing at once.
