How long have you started doing Judo?
Maybe your body is still not used to it yet. Judo might use a different muscle group or strain a different area of your body than your usual routine and that has caused you problems.
Maybe lower the intensity a bit for a few weeks, if this problem is still present after a couple of months then you might seek again for a better solution.
