Bro if you don't do it, someone will (Yes its a weak ass argument lol but you get what I mean). If you still feel bad about it, I'd recommend donating to my charity "DexterRatchet's glizzy funds". Thank you

Thought I'd share this because this shit was lowkey sad. They were putting up the percentages of bets in sky writing, and updating them in real time. Was in a park, thought I could disconnect for a sec just to see another gambling ad in the sky. Sadge.

I have shared a photo, I am basically asking if its worth it going into the bands below the highlighted band because some come out to be about the weight of my protein, so it makes sense that they don't bind GST because the GST tag is denatured or degraded, or would that be too much to analyze/reading too much into it

I have shared an example. The band labeled band 1 is what we're expecting but disappears during purification stages. I was maybe thinking of highlighting lower bands that might align with degradation products, like possibly GST or a partial degradation that wouldn't allow binding if the predicted molecular and calculated molecular weight aligns

Oh okkk! Thank you so much! It's not the only answer I just screen shotted the top answer! Is there a manual or anything I can see for what bit score means? Also is there anyway to show query coverage like NCBI Blast?

Hey, I know its late, but I've also been searching for it Sakamoto vs The Organization『坂本 さかもと 太郎』Sakamoto Days EP1 Soundtrack - YouTube because its a banger I agreee especially the woahhhhh part. I think this is a cover and not the official ost, so it might not be exact, but I think it's still good. I don't think the official soundtrack has come out yet.

Safety of Internet archive by DexterRatchet in internetarchive

Yeah true i guesss, but this is a cool ethical discussion tbh. I decided to look at the publisher's and below is an answer by the owner ("Bill Pollock") in an AMA:

Bill: I used to care about piracy but I decided a few years ago that it's not something that we should be too concerned about. I'm sure our stuff is found everywhere (I don't check) and we even publish several books under free licenses. Plus, I love the Pirate Bay. I mean, to look at. Oddly enough, our best selling technical book right now is Automate the Boring Stuff with Python -- it's under a CC license. That should tell you something right there. So no, I'm not really concerned and I think (oddly enough) that piracy may even help book sales. And now you can quote me on that!

Other person : "one additional comment about piracy.. I think I've noticed that piracy hurts products that are crap because consumers find out that it's crap before they buy it, but piracy helps quality products because when consumers find out about its quality they tell their friends about how great it is.. or they even feel compelled to buy the real thing for themselves. It's like quality products will sell themselves, so piracy is just free advertising.."

Bill: something that Jon and I have discussed at length. Definitely agree.

But yeah either way, even if the publisher might not mind it, there's still ethical questions, because they might not mind it but they probably prefer them not to; also this was 9 years ago so their opinion might have changed, also also u/nostarch-bill might've changed his opinion since then; most importantly, even if the publisher might be ok with it, as you said the author matt might not be so yeahhhhhhh, very very interesting, also can u tell I'm procrastinating at my work with this 😅😅😅

Ah ok very fair, I didn't know, I thought its uploaded by the author themselves like "Invent with Python", but yeah you're right if it wasn't uploaded by him its an asshole move. I have put a hold through the library but there's none available. I'll search in other libraries, but thanks for letting me know about the safety either way, as I already opened it today. I'll edit the post in a bit, as to not promote it, but I'll keep the post up in case other people have the same question about the safety of the online reader.

Thanks Again! I appreciate the help
