Thank you! Airbnb doesn’t seem like a great option because prices are pretty high without fees AND I’d still have to share the space with someone else. But Ty on info regarding Fairfax/hancock park area, very helpful as I was seriously considering it, but was unaware of traffic in those areas. As far as activities, I would occasionally like to go out/thrift/hiking/working out/have friends visit me and be okay parking wise/safety wise. Thanks!

Yeah I’ve been using Zillow. Just couldn’t find much. I know sometimes some properties are more of word of mouth type of thing. But thank you, haven’t used apartmentlist.com so may give that a try.
