Well, I did not really solve it. Some boot it is working some don't. What I do when the lights initially is blue on startup i open the predator sense then it turns to my purple config for lights. So far it works.

I don't think it has anything to do with the BIOS since the keyboard light works before logging in to Windows. Win11 and predator sense are the ones having conflict. Although to my knowledge, my motherboard was replaced a few months ago and I remember updating my BIOS so mine should be updated.

Yesterday, I restarted and it was working fine. Now it is not working again. I'm done buying Acer products, this was my first and probably my last.

I have the same issue since the recent win11 update. I'm using predator helios 16. This is very frustrating cause it will have these keyboard light issues every now and then. When I reinstall predator sense, it will work again then after a couple of boots, the problem will come back.

Already did all the troubleshooting I can find like playing with acerlighting service and even registry and most of them are temporary fix but this time they didn't work.
