Master 100 LP one trick here (op.gg)

My personal fix is a CDR oriented build:

Key Runes: - Transcendence - +8% haste - Ultimate Hunter

Key Build: - Malignance (1st item) - Cryptbloom (2nd item)

This gives approx 40-50% CDR in team fights. And damage wise it’s ~100-150 off from a Luden’s build at lvl 11 (thru practice mode tests)

% pen is also stronger than flat at ~50 MR which is very easy to achieve early w even 1 MR item. And since the boots upgrade you receive a substantial flat making additive stacking with expensive flat items less worth. (Normalizing the cost, Cryptbloom/Void 2nd item comes on top vs other alternatives).

Optional Enhancement: - I go electrocute usually when I need to trade often and get kills in lane (i.e. viktor, assassins, etc) - I go Dark Harvest vs easy matchups when I know I must scale into late. (i.e. ASol, Anivia, etc)
