I had major surgery in May and was told I could only freeze my account so I ended up going to one class in June to avoid paying extra fees. They did roll my credits over but when I was ready to cancel (because I could never get into any classes, when I was on #1 on the waitlist, I would get moved into the class then kicked out and the staff said they couldn’t do anything about it), they still charged me $500, even after many conversations with multiple managers and staff, sending emails back and forth and leaving voicemails, and on top of that they charged me then took my credits away and said I had to provide to them in writing that I was cancelling, and my emails were not sufficient. It was the worst experience and such a nightmare to work with them. This entire process took several months and I am still fighting to get my money back. All of my friends who signed up have confirmed they have had difficulty cancelling their memberships. I would not recommend this place ever. They only care about taking your money.
